Quantum Careers Forum

In 2025, I hosted an inaugural careers forum in collaboration with WIQD and QuLearnLabs. The event brought together a diverse group of individuals aiming to build careers in emerging tech, and forward-thinking employers looking to enrich their talent pool.

Making interdisciplinarity a reality

I worked with a team of scientists, educators and hiring specialists to design an event that could help individuals outside the physics bubble to find their place in quantum tech.

Aligning with workforce needs

Our team consulted with prospective employers and employees, identifying a need for greater visibility. We responded with an event format that prioritises in-person connections over one-sided pitches.

Creating and maintaining engagement

As the event host, I worked to create an engaging and welcoming environment. I liaised with speakers and sponsors to accommodate their needs and guided attendees through a dynamic programme of activities.
